Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor Co., Ltd. as one of the national large scale enterprises, is an auto limited company built by Liuzhou Industrial Holdings Corporation and Dongfeng Motor Corporation.It covers an area of 2.13 million square meters and has developed the commercial vehicle brand “Dongfeng Chenglong” and the passenger vehicle brand “Dongfeng Forthing” with nearly 5,000 employees currently, Its marketing andservice network is throughout the whole country, and the products have been exported to many countries in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America and Africa.

In the course of 60 years of vehicle producing and people educating, adhering to the enterprise spirit of “self strengthening, creating excellence and innovation, having one heart and one mind, serving for the nation and the people”, our fellow workers from generation to generation have worked hard and created a lot of “Number One” in the history of Chinese automobile industry by diligence and sweat:
- In 1981, the first medium-sized diesel truck in China was developed and produced; in 1991, the first flat head diesel truck got off line in China;
- In 2001, the first domestic self-owned brand MPV “Forthing Lingzhi” was produced, which established the company’s status as “MPV manufacturing expert”;
- In 2015, the first domestic high-end commercial vehicle “Chenglong H7″ was released to fill the gap in the high-end commercial vehicle market from self-owned brand.

Location
Dongfeng Motor is located in Liuzhou, an important industrial town in Guangxi.
Liuzhou is the largest industrial base in Guangxi, and the only city in China with four automobile production bases.
Dongfeng Motor has two production bases.
1. The commercial vehicle base covers an area of 2.128 million square meters, with a production capacity of 100,000 medium and heavy trucks per year;
2. The passenger car base covers an area of 1.308 million square meters, with a production capacity of 400,000 complete vehicles and 100,000 engines per year.
→ Guangxi faces Southeast Asia and is the bridgehead of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
→ Liuzhou is about 150 kilometers away from Guilin in the northeast, 250 kilometers away from Nanning in the southwest, 400 kilometers away from Beihai Port, Fangchenggang Port and Qinzhou Port, and 460 kilometers away from Pingxiang Friendship Pass (China-Vietnam Port).
